What ages qualify for a children's pass?

Children's passes are for children between the ages of 6 and 15. Visitors older than 16 years need a pass for adults. Children under 6 years accompany an adult pass holder for free.

What if I lose my pass?

With our smart online pass, you can never actually lose it! Should you accidentally delete your online pass from your phone, contact us and we will help you with a new one. However, we cannot replace or compensate for lost physical passes.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

The Copenhagen City Pass includes one visit to each attraction, but you can ride all our hop-on hop-off sightseeing tours by bus and boat as much and as often as you like while your pass is valid.

What language is the guidebook written in?

The guidebook is written in English.

Can I share my pass with a friend?

No, the pass is issued to one specific visitor.

Do I need to make a reservation for the attractions?

No, all you have to do is scan your online pass at the attraction.

Are the attractions open all year?

Most attractions are open all year round. However, the attractions homepages provide additional information regarding opening hours.

What is the regular admission fee of the attractions?

You find the regular entry price on the page of each attraction included in the pass.

Where can I find the attractions opening hours and the addresses?

The opening hours and addresses of each attraction included in the Copenhagen City Pass can be found on the respective attraction's page.

Is access to public transport included?

Please note that access to the public transportation system is not included in the Copenhagen City Pass. You can buy a DOT City Pass online through the app 'DOT Mobilbilletter' or in paper form at the train and metro stations.

Does the City Pass have to be used on consecutive days?

Yes, it has to be used at consecutive days.

When buying online, where do I get my Copenhagen City Pass?

The City Pass is delivered to you by both e-mail and text message. In the confirmation mail you will find a link called "Mobile Ticket". The link opens a QR-code (your digital City Pass). The same applies to the link provided in the text message. The City Pass is ready to use on you phone straigh away!

You register the code at the checkout after you have chosen your products.

How far in advance can I buy my pass?

You can buy your pass up to 12 months in advance. But don't worry: the pass is only activated once you use it at an attraction for the first time.

Can I cancel my City Pass?

You can cancel as regards to general online purchases, read more about our terms and conditions here. However, your City Pass is valid for 12 months after purchase and is only activated when you scan it - so there is plenty of time to use it if your visit to Copenhagen is postponed.
