If you have bought a Copenhagen City Pass to be used in this particular period, please contact the agent / supplier you purchased the City Pass from. If you have purchased your City Pass directly from Copenhagen City Pass’ website, you can send your booking number via email to email@example.com and we will then process your inquiry as soon as possible.

With Copenhagen City Pass you are in safe hands. If your travel plans have been changed or postponed, your City Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The card / e-ticket is only activated when you scan it for the first time. Your City Pass will not expire if you miss your estimated arrival date that you fill in when purchasing.
