Health guidelines due to COVID-19

Copenhagen is one of Europe's most amazing cities, so we understand that you would like to travel here and discover everything the city has to offer. With the current situation linked to the coronavirus COVID-19, we have gathered important information that might be needed for your visit.

Prevailing information in Denmark

The situation with the corona virus (the COVID-19) is unfortunately at a level in Denmark, where we still need to pause all our operations until further notice.

Information and regulations change rapidly in Copenhagen. We follow the situation closely and of course update as soon as there is any news. However, we encurage you to please keep yourself up to date. Visit the attractions' official websites for new alerts and to ensure that opening hours or restrictions have not changed before your visit.

Regarding your purchase

If you have bought a Copenhagen City Pass to be used in this particular period, please contact the agent / supplier you purchased the City Pass from. If you have purchased your City Pass directly from Copenhagen City Pass’ website, you can send your booking number via email to contact@copenhagencitypass.com and we will then process your inquiry as soon as possible.
